A truffle is what got the whole business started, twenty years ago.  Dave went to a mini class at RISD for candy making.  He came away at the end of the day with a recipe and a dream.  The rest is history!

Our truffles are hand rolled and hand dipped.  We use pure confectioner's chocolate, creamery butter, thick cream, cane sugar, and the finest extracts and flavorings.
