Hot Weather Shipping Information

Fine chocolate melts quickly when the weather gets above 78 degrees. At this temperature, delivery vehicles often are warmer than the melting temperature of chocolate. We strongly discourage warm weather shipping and make no guarantee about the condition of our products due to melting.

In July and August we will only ship with insulated bag and ice pack. Priority mail is no longer guaranteed 2 day and we make absolutely no guarantees about the condition of any chocolate shipped in the hot weather season.
